Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love everything you order from Joyful is She! However, we know sometimes returns are necessary. It is important to note that Joyful is She currently accepts returns for store credit only. 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns will not be accepted if the tags are removed, there is damage to the product, any signs of wear, or it is not how the product was when we shipped it to you. 

All items that have been purchased on sale will be final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. Also, bodysuits will not be eligible for return. 

If there is damage to the product for some reason, please notify us via email within 24 hours of your delivery or as soon as possible. Please note we check all of our products prior to shipping them out to our customers, but please reach out if you think we have missed something.
