Shipping policy

Please be aware Joyful is She is not responsible for stolen packages. If your products are deemed delivered by USPS, Joyful is She will not issue a refund. For additional concerns regarding delivered products, please contact USPS. 

Joyful is She is not responsible for delayed shipping caused by USPS and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their delivery times. You will need to contact USPS directly for concerns regarding delayed shipping. 

If your package is lost in transit, please email info@joyfulisshe.com in order for us to file a claim on the package. It is important to note we cannot file a claim until the package has been in transit for 15 days. Once the investigation on your package is complete and they cannot locate the order, we will reship the item/items or offer store credit if the products are out of stock.
